Result:        +2 pips

• went long

• going for max 20 pips

• price falls below entry

• wondering if should have exited trade with couple of pips profit

• price not moving much

• 10:15 AM looking to wrap it up and exit; price starts popping up

• decide to exit

 

This long trade worked. When I was sleeping the price missed my take profit order (about 30 pips) by a couple of pips. By the time I closed the trade it was +11 pips.

Looking back I could have made the stop and take profit tighter, as the price didn’t come near the bottom of  the candle with the long tail.

 

This short trade was -22 pips. In retrospect (and after zooming out) it was early
